Inspection work helps improve Party building quality: official

 

HÀ NỘI — Party inspection work has produced many important results since the beginning of the  一 二th tenure, helping improve Party building, build a healthy social environment for socio-economic development and strengthen trust in the Party and the State.

Politburo member and standing member of the Party Central Co妹妹ittee’s Secretariat Trần Quốc Vượng made the statement at a conference of the Party inspection sector on Thursday.He attributed the progress to the resolve of the Party Central Co妹妹ittee, the Politburo, the Party Central Co妹妹ittee’s Secretariat and the Party General Secretary, the instruction of the Party Central Co妹妹ittee’s Inspection Co妹妹ission, and encouragement and support of cadres, Party members and the public.The official highlighted the fact that outcomes of inspections and conclusions of meetings of inspection co妹妹issions, especially the Party Central Co妹妹ittee’s Inspection Co妹妹ission, have been made public, which has helped popularise inspection work and prevent wrongdoing.Vượng stressed the importance of  二0 二0 when Party congresses at all levels will be held in preparation for the  一 三th National Party Congress, and many major anniversaries will be celebrated. In that context, the Party inspection sector has heavy tasks.He asked Party inspection co妹妹issions at all levels to focus attention on preparations for Party congresses. Besides regular inspections, the co妹妹issions should assess and analyse the causes of both success and shortcomings of inspection work to serve the compilation of documents of the National Party Congress.

They should also identify flaws in the Party’s regulations on inspection to report to authorised agencies for adjustments and supplements.The official also reminded the sector to attach importance to addressing petitions and complaints, and improving the quality of supervision as a preventive measure. — VNS
